Enrollment Process

Admission is based on application information and a parent/guardian interview. After your tour, we'll guide you through the next steps of our admissions process:

• Submit your child's academic records from their previous school

• Complete a parent/guardian interview with our administration

• Learn about our school policies, expectations, and community

• Email records to: officemanager@ubcaeagles.org

To ensure proper grade placement and identify any specific learning needs:

• Students complete a grade-appropriate placement assessment
• Parents complete and submit the enrollment packet
• Registration fee is paid to secure your child's place

For the 2025-2026 school year:

• Priority enrollment for current families: February 1-28, 2025
• Open enrollment begins: March 1, 2025
• Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis
